How to:

Apply a layer of any regular nail polish that doesn't dry very fast.
Take glitter using pick up tool and place them on wet nail polish and push them down to sink in.
When nail polish is completely dry apply 2 thick layers of top coat. If your topcoat is not thick enough, you might need to apply more than 2 layers.
