Shipping policy

All deliveries are within New Zealand ONLY and are sent signature required courier through Post Haste Couriers.

Orders will be processed and ready to be sent within 24 hours of the order being placed.  However, if you place an order over a weekend or public holiday it will be processed within 24 hours of the first working day.

SOUTH ISLAND:  Overnight on business days
NORTH ISLAND:  Two business days
DANGEROUS GOODS:  As many nail products are flammable, many are considered dangerous goods and require additional paperwork and handling which can lead to a further 1-2 business days transit.

Note:  Delivery times are an estimate only and are not guaranteed.  Weather events, road issues and holiday periods may delay delivery.

Order Tracking and Insurance:

All orders are sent via traceable method with signature required upon delivery.  If for any reason you wish to have ‘signature required’ removed from your order, please note this in the shipping instructions of your order.  Please be aware that by requesting this service be removed, you are acknowledging that NailX is not accountable for any lost or stolen orders and that your order will not be covered by our insurance policy.

When receiving a consignment that maybe torn open, badly crushed etc please be sure to note this when signing for the goods for your own protection and coverage.  By signing for a parcel without expressly stating such notifications, confirms it has been received by the consumer in good condition.
