To apply use with N.O.P monomer. Use a ratio of one part liquid and two parts powder. If you use this product too wet the product will get sticky, if this happens you should wipe your brush on the towel and pat it back into the powder (not the liquid) then back onto the nail and finish sculpting the nail.
