Hard Gel Student/Starter Kit

Please note:  Our Hard Gel Student/Starter kit is available with or without a lamp. 
If you have some but not all of the tools and accessories required, they can be purchased separately.  If opting for tips or forms, these also need to be purchased separately.  You may choose your INM cuticle oil scent by popping your choice in the order notes, almond will be supplied by default.

Application of Halo Elite Hard Gel

Sculpting Gel

1. Prep nails and dehydrate using cuticle tools, Plush Brush, and Prep & Scrub.
2. Apply Tip or Form. 
3. Apply Flexi-Bond to natural nail only. 
4. Apply a thin coat of clear gel as a slick layer, then with the sculpting gel create desired length and shape. Cure for 30 seconds. Repeat this step if needed to ensure correct apex.
5. Remove tacky layer and buff in using normal filing routine.
6. Remove dust with Prep & Scrub and Plush Brush.
7. Apply Halo Base coat, colour, and Top coat as normal, curing after each layer for 30 seconds and 60 seconds after the top coat.

White and Pink

1. Prep nails and dehydrate using cuticle tools, Plush Brush, and Prep & Scrub. 
2. Apply Tip or Form.
3. Apply Flexi-bond to natural nail only.
4. Apply a thin coat of Cover Pink gel as a slick layer, then with the same gel create desired length and shape for smile line. Cure for 30 seconds. Repeat this step if needed to ensure correct apex.
5. Remove tacky layer and buff in smile line to crisp up the shape. Clean away any dust with Plush Brush.
6. Apply an even cover of White gel. Cure for 30 seconds.
7. Cap in the White gel with Clear gel. Cure for 30 seconds.
8. Remove tacky layer and buff in with normal filing routine. Remove dust with Plush Brush.
9. Apply Halo Base and Top coat for finished shine, curing after base coat for 30 seconds and top coat for 60 seconds.

Natural tip and overlay

1. Prep nails and dehydrate using cuticle tools, Plush Brush, and Prep & Scrub.
2. Apply Tip or Form.
3. Apply Flexi-bond to natural nail only.
4. Apply thin coat of Clear or Sheer Pink gel as a slick layer, then with the same gel create desired length and shape. Cure for 30 seconds. Repeat this step if needed to ensure correct apex.
5. Remove tacky layer and buff in using normal filing routine.
6. Remove dust with Prep and Scrub and Plush Brush.
7. Apply Halo Base coat, colour, and Top coat as normal, curing after base cost for 30 seconds and top coat for 60 seconds.

Fibre Gel

1. Prep nails and dehydrate using cuticle tools, Plush Brush, and Prep & Scrub.
2. Apply Flexi-Bond to natural nail only.
3. Apply a thin coat of Clear gel as a slick layer, then with the Fibre gel cover the whole nail making sure to seal any cracks in the natural nail. Cure for 30 seconds. Repeat this step if needed to ensure correct apex.
4. Remove tacky layer and buff in using normal filing routine.
5. Remove dust with Prep and Scrub and Plush Brush.
6. Apply Base coat, colour and Top coat as normal, curing after base cost for 30 seconds and top coat for 60 seconds.
